  • You must have a steady source of income.
  • Users must be at least 25 years old at the time of application.
  • Your maximum age at the conclusion of the loan payback period shall not be more than 60 years.
  • Prior to completing your loan application, you must have been a customer of the bank for at least 24 months.
  • Must have had an AQB (Average Quarterly Balance) of Rs. 25,000 or more for the previous four quarters.

For Govt employee

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must be a full-time employee of a Central or state government agency.

  • If you are applying for UBI personal loan, then you need to carry these documents along with you.
  • Proof of identity (any one): Aadhaar Card, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID Card, Driving License, etc.
  • Proof of income: most recent three-year ITR or most recent three-year Form-16/letter from the employer, and most recent six-month salary slip
  • Proof of address (any one): PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID Card, Ration Card, Utility Bills (Telephone Bill or Electricity Bill), Aadhaar Card, etc
  • Mobile Number
  • Bank Statement or IT Returns
  • All ID proofs must be digital copies of less than 20kb in size.
  • Digital Photo in JPG format below 20 KB

Steps to apply for a personal loan in Union Bank of India online?

Step 1: Visit Union Bank Personal Loan Page & Click on More at personal Loan SectionSelect the Retail Loan option.

Step 2: choose Retail Loan Option & Pick the Apply Now option.

Step 3: Choose a personal loan. Select Job Type from the Dropdown Box and enter the amount you paid.

Step 4: Complete the Personal Information, IDENTITY DETAILS, ADDRESS DETAILS, PERMANENT ADDRESS DETAILS, EMPLOYMENT DETAILS, and PREFERRED BRANCH sections. Also, don’t forget to validate your mobile number, Aadhaar number (OTP sent to registered mobile number), and PAN number.

Step 5: From the left side, select the Income & Expenses Icon.

Step 6: Upload Income Tax Information or Bank Statement (Need At least Last 6 Month Statement).

Step 7: Fill in your income information, including gross income and other sources of income, as well as any other sources of income you may have.

Step 8: On the Toggle section, select Expense Details. Select Application Type and Obligation Repayment, as well as other expenditures if desired, then click Save and Ok. The term “obligation repayment” refers to the repayment of a debt.
