Way 1: Steps to register complaint in Canara bank

Step 1: Sign in to your Canara Bank net banking account.

Step 2: Navigate to the Services section of the main menu.

Step 3: Click on the Register & Track Complaint button.

Step 4: On the following page, click the Register New Complaint button.

Step 5: Select the type of complaint from the drop-down box, then select the subject, state, and branch name.

Step 6: Explain the details of your complaint in the description box below, then click submit.

Step 7: Your complaint has been registered, and the department will be dealt with it as quickly as possible.

After submitting an online complaint, you will receive a complaint reference number. This complaint reference number serves to track the status of your complaint submitted. You can then check the status of your complaint in real-time from net banking and also visit the branch. 

How to Track your Complaint Status on Canara bank

Step 1: Log into your Canara Bank net banking account.

Step 2: Navigate to the Services section of the main menu.

Step 3: Click on the Register & Track Complaint button.

Step 4: You’ll see a list of complaints registered by you; click on the complaint you want to follow up on.
